Thames Water - Welfare Framework South England

We cover three operational regions, South London, North London (inc areas of Essex and Hertfordshire) to the full extent of the Thames Valley taking our teams into Oxfordshire, Cotswolds down to the M3/M4 corridor. 

Works typically focus on the fit out, formation or refurbishment of commercial office space, conference / meeting rooms, communal break out areas, changing / shower facilities, kitchens, canteens, laboratories, and sampling areas, fire alarm works and bespoke joinery projects with our in-house joinery shop.

We undertake the works with our own directly employed staff managing every project no matter on size and our directly employed trades to ensure the quality and sensitivity of the projects are delivered in a manner to which we expect. 

 We undertake design packages of predominately Architectural, Civil and Services.
