The framework consists of various aspects on construction, predominately this will focus on the external structure and restoration of their estate. Categories which can fall into the framework are external masonry and concrete repairs, building waterproofing, rooflight / louvre replacements, replacement of doors and window grills with security products, passenger / goods lift installs and maintenance, groundworks, and civils, handrailing and stairs, window replacements, rainwater goods replacement. Further to this we undertake various building maintenance projects and regular maintenance tasks.

We are proud to be approved installers of Centaur and Proteus Liquid Roofing. We can offer up to a 25-year Single Point guarantee with Centaur Technologies Ltd as an approved Centaur CQP Contractor. With Proteus Waterproofing we can issue a 20-year guarantee. This enables us to give the end user comfort of a materials and labour covered policy with both Centaur and Proteus.
