Thames Water - Lifecycle Framework South England

The nature of the work under the Framework Agreement consists of building works requiring design, preparation, construction, installation, testing and certification to services / assets relating to Thames Water's Operational Sites and Offices.
The FA includes building repair, restoration and refurbishment works involving the supply of building materials including (but not limited to) bricks, blocks, roof tiles and felts, waterproofing products, timber, steel, cement, mortar, aggregates, doors, joinery items, ironmongery, glazing, roofing materials, MEP works and fire alarms.
We are also appointed the Principal Designer role, along with Principal Contractor to comply with CDM 2015 on all projects.
