Maudsley Hospital - Snowfields Seclusion Room London SE5

This site is located in the Snowfields Wing, Mapother House within Maudsley Hospital.

The contracted works were a strip-out of an existing seclusion room, a small extension to the rear and fit-out in accordance to the architects design.

 Scope of works:

•  Soft strip of all internal finishes

• Install new masonry extension

• Install new partitions to divide rooms to architects drawings

• Supply and fit new M&E services

• Install new floor finishes throughout

• Install new MF ceiling throughout

• Adaptations to CCTV & security systems

• New decorations throughout
