The works comprised of the refurbishment and extension of Mayfield Music School.
Works included the replacement of a temporary timber facade with masonry, reconfiguration of the internal spaces as well as upgrading the thermal and acoustic performance, formation of a new bridge link between the Lower School and Music School and provision of a new space for the Arts Studio.
The school is Grade I listed and was occupied for much of the project.
