Mary Rose Trust Museum HM Naval Base, Portsmouth

The project involved working in a live naval base, HMS Naval Base, Portsmouth.

Working in partnership with the Mary Rose Trust, we managed the remodelling of an existing exhibition area to create a 40-seat 4D cinema to provide a more immersive and educational experience for visitors.

Works included the formation of the cinema room itself, installation of a 'pre-show' cinema screen, new tiered seating with butt kicker speakers, immersive audio surround sound system, new lighting, power, access control and automated sliding doors, new flooring and sound-insulated, fire-proofed walls.
