Project: Prince's Gardens Preparatory School, London SW7 Brief: Conversion of 3 Grade II listed buildings to school use - £6.9m I believe Bryen & Langley did an excellent job. The entire team worked very well and throughout the project demonstrated a 'can-do' attitude. Their attention to site H&S was excellent and this was demonstrated while continuing to maintain a site presence during the challenges of working in conjunction with the Government's guidelines during the Covid-19 lock down periods. Overall, I found working with Bryen & Langley a pleasure. They were far more collaborative than other contractors we have worked with and dealt with any issues in a reasonable manner. I would certainly recommend Bryen & Langley for similar works and would certainly hope to use them again in the future.

Project: Phoenix Hospital Group - Weymouth Street, London W1 Brief: Phased project to create 3 new Operating Theatres, 2 Post Anaesthetic Care Unit Rooms, new Staff Welfare Rooms and refurbishment of existing Recovery Bays We have recently worked with Bryen & Langley on a complex private healthcare project in central London. The existing hospital continued working throughout. Bryen & Langley worked hard to manage the client's expectations by adhering to phasing diagrams produced at the beginning of the project and helping to adapt the sequencing of work when required by external constraints and increased scope of the work instructed by the client. They also worked closely with the client's directly appointed specialist suppliers and were particularly helpful with finding ways to overcome supply chain difficulties. The level of finishes achieved was high in a challenging working environment whilst maintaining health & safety protocols. We enjoyed working with the Bryen & Langley management team.
