Construction of new Hub and refurbishment of existing spaces.

The following works were carried out to the existing church and community centre:

• Refurbishment of the main Hall including new roof tiles and a new rooflight.

• Refurbishment and forming of new Prayer Chapel and bookstores to front areas.

• Refurbishment and forming of new toilets and storage areas to rear areas.

• Refurbishment of first floor rooms (flat and meeting rooms).

• Refurbishment of flat roofs to rear area.

• Refurbishment of gable ends of adjacent roofs.

• Construction of new Hub space, offices and kitchen, including structural steelwork.

• Installation of Support Beams.

• Refurbishment and new paving to front entrance and car park including feature.

• Associated electrical and mechanical service works including drainage.
