The creation of 3 new operating theatres to this private hospital. Works included the de-commissioning of 2 existing operating theatres, the formation of a structural opening, new ancillary space, consultant rooms and new mechanical and electrical services and extension to existing.

The works were carried out in phases to allow the hospital to remain operational with works carried out at weekends where necessary.
