Ongoing internal and external installation, refit and repairs as instructed under a Framework Agreement. Works to date have included a refurbishment of the Student Bar and basement of the Jenner Wing, a kitchen refit, data installation, replacement flooring, installation of 'hot taps', decorations, replacement of laboratory benches and installation of glazed screens. The contract is ongoing.
