Ongoing internal and external installation, refit and repairs as instructed under a Framework Agreement. Works to date have included the formation of a 10-bed simulator ward, refurbishment of the Student Bar, partial refurbishment of the Jenner Wing, a kitchen refit, data installation, replacement flooring, installation of 'hot taps', decorations, replacement of laboratory benches and installation of glazed screens. The contract is ongoing.
