The design and building of a timber framed building comprising ground floor nursery and 4 no 2-bed flats on the first and second floors.
Works included excavation and formation of RC footings and ground floor slab, flat roof construction, brick cladding, new lift installation and internal FFE.

New build Church Community Centre consisting 2-storey community hall with associated site clearance, drainage and external works.
