This project was a 2-stage tender process split into 2 distinct contracts; Buildings A & B and Building C.

The first stage was to refurbish the existing school in Buildings A & B including bringing empty floors back into use as offices and upgrading the existing school areas.

Building C was empty and derelict and the works here were to extend the school into this building which included significant structural changes. Works were further complicated by the fact that the building backs directly onto Barbican Underground Station and one of its platforms.

Buildings A&B were also occupied throughout the duration of the works.
